This is our second visit we also came last year but that was a short stay this time we stayed for 20days What makes this hotel is the amazing staff (at all levels ) service is 100% as also is the location literally a minute walk inside Haram All aminaties are close by the hotel is so central Only 👎 bathroom really needs updating And the lobby / reception area looks very unprofessional not a place where you can sit and relax as it is a lovely reception area as you find guests having meals not cleaned up attracting flies litter on floor they can also be rowdy If guests are unable to eat in their rooms then the lobby cafe seating area would be more appropriate.

Very close to gate no.329. And they have really good Breakfast as well. As soon as you came out from hotel in front of you gate 329. Thanks for everything will come again Insha Allah.

We stayed here during our stay in Medina. Firstly, the location was perfect. This hotel is situated just a minute away from Masjid Al-Nawabi, walking distance. The rooms were clean throughout, hotel service was also good. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also clean. Buffet breakfast was very delicious and the staff service was great. The hotel has a cafe in the lobby, the service here was also great, very friendly staff. The tea/coffee was really delicious. Hotel is reasonably priced but what you would expect of a 5*. The Hotel was beautiful throughout, especially the lobby area, the furnishings and the atmosphere would definitely make me a returning customer. Thank you!

The lifts here are weird. It is in a semi-circle, and lifts are far apart hence the inability to see which lift is available. Overall, nice place. Well-kept and near to amenities but most of all, near to the Masjid Nabawi.

The worst possible stay. That too for such a hefty amount. I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights. The room looked like it was from the 80’s. They didn’t provide us with toothbrushes. When I asked for extra water they gave it to us only after 2 hrs. I asked them for a checkout the next morning and it took them 5 hours to make it happen. Also no one answers the phone. Had to wait in line at the reception for every single thing even though it was off season.
