Description

If you are near Masjid An-Nabawwi and in the mood for a little gourmet break, Tea Garden will undoubtedly be an elegant all-day destination. Its pleasant setting, its very cozy armchairs and sofas, and above all its exceptional view of the Masjid An-Nabawi are all elements that will make you have a great time in this café / restaurant.

The international cuisine that is offered, focused on light meals and artisanal pastries and cakes, is refined and offers different starters/salads and main courses without forgetting a selection of delicious desserts. The restaurant has a unique but very nice medium-sized room with tables for four people. Its decoration and beautiful furniture will immerse you in a very friendly atmosphere. It is located, a few meters from the mosque, on the first floor of the Dar Al Taqwa Hotel opposite the Al Marwah buffet restaurant.

Horrible customer service, stereotypically bad too. I made a booking on their website but I didn't receive a confirmation email or sms. The call center is quick to answer calls so they can hangup immediately. Their cover/credit card payment device rejects my visa card, even though they deducted the "pre-booking" amount with no issue, but for the rest of the payment they demanded cash. That's while dealing with elderly couple.

Best place to stay in Madina. In front of Ladies gate so best place for families to stay. Must try the Arabic tea at the reception, tastes amazing and has a beautiful fragrance.

Everything ... The services , great location and view just across the way from masjid Al nabawi and the closest hotel to Ladies Gate "25" ... Staff were very welcoming as well . Check in was managed by Ms Raghda who was very lovely and helpful , she upgraded our rooms to Haram view just as a kind gesture from the hotel ... Food in the breakfast buffet was excellent as well . They sent dates and a big bowl of fruits every day just before iftar time in Ramadan ... Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely stay there whenever I'm in Madinah

I stayed for 3 nights from Sunday the 10th of April and checked out on the 13th of April. Plus points 1) Overall location is amazing. I stayed many times in Oberoi and this is the first time I am at Dar At Taqwa. I must say that the location wise, you beat Oberoi as it's in the middle of 2 entrances of male and female. Alhamdullilah. 2) Buffet food. I am quite happy with the buffet. The quality of food and the taste is compatible with Oberoi. The choices are quite good. The only setbacks you didn't serve coffee. We need coffee to keep ourselves awake for Terawih and Qiyam. So please improve on this. Otherwise Food is 2 thumbs up Cons, 1) I really dislike the room. Subhanallah. For the price that we pay, I think it's not worth it. Its super small. Mine is facing the city view. To my surprise too many chairs. I think in total 4 chairs which I find useless when the room is too small. I had to push it away to one corner to make space for my luggages. We only had 2 luggages, one I placed it in front of the toilet door and the other I had to push the small round table and the chairs to the corner of the bed. I really hope you can think of doing some renovation and make an ample place for travellers like us who came very far to the holy land 2) The bed is too bouncy. If your partners moves, I could feel the bounce. Pls invest in a good bed as the time of sleep is very less and therefore we would appreciate if you consider changing it to something firm like those 5 stars hotel.
