This is where I am at the moment, still have 2 more days to enjoy the calmness, authentic setting, welcoming staffs, especially during meals, when someone just approached you asking you for hot drinks, its just awesome. First and foremost I would like to thanks MOHD HAFlZ from the AMBIENCE PARADISE who made the right choice for this hotel, the good location that is just a stone away from the Medina mosques entrance AND it is even friendlier to the ladies, as from the exit to the hotel facing the entrance of gate 329.

This hotel is VERY BAD. Very DIRTY room. Very Dim lights in the hallway. TV doesn't work. Sink was clogged prior to even using. Dirty room and bedsheets. When you call reception/front desk they don't even answer. You don't hear the ADHAN in the room. Made us wait hours before checking in, and said they didn't have any rooms available so we had to wait for hours, and we had booked a week prior. I don't recommend this hotel at all!!!!!! Please rethink before booking here. Don't waste your money, because you will regret it.

An excellent choice if you are looking for a hotel which is very close to Al Haram. The hotel is reasonably clean and the staff are friendly and service is very good . The beds are good but the extra bed was not that comfortable. The breakfast restaurant was packed with many guests even at the start time of the breakfast at 6 am ! Due to the crowds , you don’t feel comfortable as some one could take your table while you’re bring your food. However, the breakfast was very good and there were many varieties.

A 5 stars hotel near to al haram … the working stuff are so humble and helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy , and I ordered a pizza from the hotel restaurant in lunch time and they served it quickly and the pizza was delicious. all the services that you want are nearly to the hotel like shopping from bin dawod or buying from small stores and buying food ,even you will find an ATM exchange next to hotel gate .. Thanks a lot to the frontel alharithiah hotel to make my stay in their hotel happy and comfortable ??

I'm currently staying at this hotel and it's absolutely perfect the rooms are big comfortable and have all the amenities and also the internet is also very fast I would recommend this hotel.
