The location of this hotel is excellent. I'd say less than a minute to the haram.. we asked for a quad room and they gave a triple with 1 bed placed in.. room was too small to fit our luggage so we had to take out the furniture..its a busy road can hear the taxi horns..not sound proof windows..electricity cut off 3 times..dark an gloomy inside the room..basically needs work.

Very good location and very friendly and prompt service housekeeping staffs. Just a mere 5mins walk to Masjid Nabawi. Around the area ample shopping alley and nice kebab stall just beside the hotel. Food is awesome and tasty. Nice spread of buffet. I love the most the enormous and comfy bed. The pillow is damn soft and comfy to my slumber...

This hotel in my opinion is a bit outdated. It needs full modernization and upgrade to all of its facilities. However we do like it here, firstly because of its location. This hotel is very near to Holy Mosque of Nabawi. You can just walk for 5 minutes from the hotel to the entrance gate of the holy mosque. There are several shopping place, food stalls, around this hotel. So you will find it easy to get anything you need. The rooms are pretty much outdated. It's like going inside a 80's building. There is no problem about that, everything works fine. But I really like if the room can get upgraded into today's standard. You can also find sense of outdated room in the lobby and in the restaurant. The staffs are available, but probably they need to provide more staffs in the lobby that are more helpful. Btw the housekeeping needs more attention not to bother the guests wehen inside the room.

Amazing from beginning to end. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Everything was quite tidy. There was every convenience imaginable in the accommodation. Big and really comfortable, the bed. The smellies and incense were a great addition. I love the smell damn much ! In contrast to other more traditional hotels, everything felt modern and fresh.

Could not sleep. Noisy and cold. Window open 5th floor. No window safety latch. For a child safety serious hazard. No money back. Complained at desk. TV was direct. From remote could not switch off. Had to pull out cable to sleep. Bathroom dirty.
