Terrible First things first my kids were very excited to go and learn about the prophet. There were options for any languages like English,Arabic,Urdu etc. We chose Urdu because we thought that after the tour we can explain it to our kids,my kids don't know Urdu that much because they were born in a western country and almost lived half of their life there. We expected to be a kind of movie in Urdu but instead it was a digital tour and including myself and my wife didn't understand a thing because the Urdu was too pure. We paid 120 rial for this tour. And I cannot forget of the movie it was only a minute long they said that is was realistic but its all a lie. The movie was in arabic and Urdu subtitles,We don't understand how to read Urdu. After the tour we felt it was such a waste of money that we thought to take a refund and go to the english one,but they did not accept it they told "you already got the Urdu one so we can't do anything" Even it is like a 5 minute tour the Makkah and Medina models were good but they didn't let us get a closer look at it I mean what's the point then!

A nice experience overall and informative as well, however it's only 'interactive' for the guide himself who used the screens but only chose specific parts to elaborate on - skipped many others. Would've been 5 stars if they allowed visitors to expand on the various boards in our own time to get all information.

I visited this Museum/Fair as part of my Hajj journey of 2023 / 1444. I noticed the building from a distance and when close to the door saw a QR code of one of the glass doors. I booked the tickets online for the tour in English for around 8:50 am, there were only about 10 people in total and although the tour is interactive it is only interactive for the tour guide and you walk around and watch and listen to him speak. There was some new information that I learned and the tour itself didn't seem rushed which may be due to the time of day when it was quiet. They gave us a free biography book which obviously is built into the price and there's a gift shop at the end of the tour which I thought was overpriced but aren't all gift shops 🤔. The building outside and inside looks very modern. I'll be taking my whole family next time I visit.

Decided to visit but everything was sold out online. However guy at the counter still was able to give us tickets - they cost 40 SAR per person. It’s around a 30-40 min guided tour. Museum is quite futuristic looking. Aspects I did not like at all: 1. It’s very rushed. For the price you pay and for all the things inside the museum, they do not let you explore it. In the end there is an interactive room where some guy will come and start screaming at you to watch the movie, next thing you know you are out 2. Another tour in some other language will start immediately after yours and the you’ll hear the other tour guide in the room next door which causes a lot of disturbance This seems more like a money minting machine than allowing people to have a valuable experience inside
