At the time of booking via the Hilton Honours app it included breakfast - at checkin, after a long flight with kids spent time arguing as they told us the booking did not include it - shame! Impossible to get through to your Reservation team at the hotel - I’ve left several messages at reception too but no luck! No gym either, not the service I expected for what I’ve paid!

Cannot say enough good things about Hilton Medina. The staff, the housekeeping, the concierge all were so kind. The hallways smelled amazing. The location is in the heart of Medina 2 min walk into the mosque. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping made sure they would even fold our prayer mats for us. I will continue to keep coming back here.

Very close to Haram, check in and check out was very simple. Rooms were a good size for me and my mother, very clean and relaxing. The hotel is decorated extravagantly, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet had lot of variety and delicious options, the seating in there faced the haram, it was an added bonus.

Location of the hotel is amazing, the staff is very welcoming and the room cleaning team did an amazing job. We were dealt with brother Shahid for room cleaning on multiple days and he was very helpful and full of information. Brother Jahangir from the Management team gave the whole experience a personal touch and ensured we are taken care of well. He was always available for a quick talk, and guided us throughout on multiple aspects like Laundry and transportation. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Medina Hilton team! 🙂
