I don't rate this hotel as 5 star the only good thing about this hotel is it's location as its near the mosque and for a family it's ideal. The hotel it self needs a lot of work doing ie rooms shower area and breakfast in morning is very appualling the staff not really bothered

Fantastic hotel, very good location from masjid e Nabawi only 2 minutes walk Nearer to ladies entrance. Breakfast is standard my kids loved it. If you ask for extra room keys, they will provide you. Only downside to me was the trolley service guys, they expect some money for their service which I didn't like.

Good distance to the haram. The mini ensuite rooms at floor 11 were good. However, the air ventilation is not clean and would not to turn it on for too long as you will end up falling sick. The lifts are terrible and needs reprogramming. Breakfast is also decent but missing the Arabica Tea and Sukkary dates that other hotels provide.

We booked a family room with 4 beds and only got two. We had to ask for two more beds which took another 2 hours and even then they were uncomfortable. The carpets were very old, some of the sockets didn't work, the wallpaper was falling off and the service was very poor. The only reason we evenrated it 2 stars was because of its location and convenience. I do no5 recommend this hotel and you should sav3 your money for a better hotel.

Location of hotel is excellent to Masjid Nawabi. Staff are all very friendly and kind. Rooms require updating in order to remain new and fresh. Breakfast menu should be more international and varied.
