Excellent service overall especially by our server Karim Saber. He was very attentive and great to communicate with. Wonderful breakfast. All the staff was very pleasant! House keeping was fantastic. Always asking if anything was needed. Will be staying here again once we return InshaAllah.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by an exceptional waiter at shada hotel . From the moment I sat down, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout the meal, he was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic dining experience. What really stood out was his genuine care and concern for his customers. He took the time to get to know me and my preferences, making the experience feel personalized and special. Overall, I would highly recommend this waiter to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

My stay at this hotel was great as the location is very convenient with steps away from the mosque and shops, the service was also very accommodating as they responded soon I went to booking place . Specially Brother Ebrahim help me straightaway From everything Room booked to all other necessary information. Very talented guy. The hotel prioritizes cleanliness and respect providing a tremendous experience.

It's a decent hotel but not truly a 5 star hotel. The quality is not remotely close to a 5 star. Booked a suite which was merely the size of a regular king room or possibly smaller vs other hotels. The rooms and washrooms really are showing age. The hotel pictures do not depict the reality. During regular season when prices are lower, it could seem "okay" but in higher seasons definitely not worth the money. Was promised 1st night that the room will be switched but nothing was done....

The hotel staff are very friendly, especially Mr Mohamed who is in charge of the lower floors and Mr Sami who is in charge of the higher floors. They both made our experience exceptional. They are incredible, kind, courteous, and possess excellent communication and people’s skills. Thank you! The hotel can benefit from more prompt reception, it took many of us 2 hours to get our rooms. There is an issue with hot water in the hotel (water cuts off from time to time) and an issue with the elevators. Be ready to spend some time waiting for the elevator to arrive.
