The facilities are very old, and the rooms smell, my bedroom door Das not closed as well and the bathroom which is attached to the bedroom door das not closed at all that's room 1125
Housekeeping it's rude do not want to clean the room or change the bedding, The staff at the front desk are not very helpful. Things only get done when speaking to the duty manager. And there are lots of other issues… it's not a 5* it's a 3*.
Please stay away from this hotel, they are a ripoff.

Location wise very convenient. Right across the street from the Masjid al Nawabi. Rooms were nice. Loved that we had a suite. We were able to open the windows to let fresh air in. Having two bathrooms was really good. Breakfast was nice with fresh juices, tea and coffee. Only this problem we had were the lifts.

We were part of a pilgrimage group that arrived in late Nov. While the rooms were a bit outdated and the food menu was repeated. We were quite pleased with the location. I like to also mention my special thanks to Jaman our room attendant. He is always cheerful and never fail to greet us with a smile.

This is our second visit we also came last year but that was a short stay this time we stayed for 20days
What makes this hotel is the amazing staff (at all levels ) service is 100% as also is the location literally a minute walk inside Haram All aminaties are close by the hotel is so central
Only ? bathroom really needs updating
And the lobby / reception area looks very unprofessional
not a place where you can sit and relax as it is a lovely reception area as you find guests having meals not cleaned up attracting flies litter on floor they can also be rowdy If guests are unable to eat in their rooms then the lobby cafe seating area would be more appropriate.

Very close to gate no.329. And they have really good Breakfast as well. As soon as you came out from hotel in front of you gate 329. Thanks for everything will come again Insha Allah.
