Very convenient location. Overall experience was very good and we all loved it. The suit was very spacious. We all enjoyed all of the fancy choices, if the restaurant & special thanks to Mr. Rana and his team. For sure we will be coming back and do recommend others to try it too.

My friend and I recently stayed here and we both loved our time here. The service was absolutely excellent and they frequently like to check in to make sure that everything is going well for you. Complimentary fruits were brought upon arrival and were so sweet. The rooms and sheets were also all so incredibly clean. The only thing that seemed to be quite dirty was the curtains, but we barely touched those. The only other downsides of the room was that the walls were thin so you could hear neighbors all around you very easily, and the carpet and doors seem to be really old, so it's not the most aesthetically pleasing design. And as you go upstairs the air quality can get really Humid and damp in the hallways, but it's fairly well controlled in the room. Overall I'd still say this is a super reliable place to stay. Service was easily a 10/10. They helped us out so much from room service cleaning, to ordering from the restaurant, and front desk staff. The concierge employee, Mohammed Ali, was particularly helpful with getting us a taxi on our last day when we were running late and needed more time and support with catching our train. Overall we loved our experience and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. I was a bit weary about how far this hotel would be but it turned out to be much closer than I imagined. On top of that, the service from start to finish was excellent. They really care about customer service and are striving hard to maintain high quality. Would definitely recommend! Room was excellent. We had suhoor and the food was excellent filled with various options including made to order omelettes and pancakes. Lots of variety that changed daily. The first morning we arrived, two of my kids were quite sick and we were dreading going to the clinic or hospital especially given how tired we were after 24 hours of travel. Luckily the front desk arranged for a doctor to come to our room and not only diagnosed but also administer an injection on my daughter and prescribe antibiotics.

Omar Farouk was a very helpful concierge. He assists willingly, considering I was with family w young kid. Overall stay was excellent. Room was big and comfortable. Had an issue w lighting but was promptly resolved by the technical team. Housekeeping was very good. 👍 Only thing to improve is to get the lift fixed. Only 1 was working for my floor level.

Had a great stay here. The staff was amazing as they were attentive with every request. Imagine my surprise when they would bring towels, water, coffee, etc. only a few minutes after calling the front desk. The food was good as well. The breakfast was always filling but the dinner is a bit over priced. $37 for an above average buffet. Only problem I had was that the suites were a bit outdated and had a dank smell, not enough to want another room but it was still there. Just felt a bit stuffy.
