We stayed here during our stay in Medina. Firstly, the location was perfect. This hotel is situated just a minute away from Masjid Al-Nawabi, walking distance. The rooms were clean throughout, hotel service was also good. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was also clean. Buffet breakfast was very delicious and the staff service was great. The hotel has a cafe in the lobby, the service here was also great, very friendly staff. The tea/coffee was really delicious. Hotel is reasonably priced but what you would expect of a 5*. The Hotel was beautiful throughout, especially the lobby area, the furnishings and the atmosphere would definitely make me a returning customer. Thank you!

Although the hotel is situated in and ideal location to the harum which was a bonus to us with a wheelchair person. However I didn't find the hotel as Clean as it looked on the web. Our housekeeping felt like a minute job and the staff were not as happy when doing their chores , every time we mentioned something they told us to call housekeeping? The best way to get a response was to ring the reception. Our rooms were and are still cleaned very late. We had to call 3 times and finally it was done with a quick dash , was not going to even hoover , The sink tap in our room is leaking and bath seriously needs TLC. We have spoken to someone but nothing has been done as yet . I think it's best to call reception rather than housekeeping because they tell them to get it done asap. I think each time a person checks out and before they give it to anyone they should clean thoroughly and make notes of maintenance issues and report to management. Each room should have a room spray to use in the bathroom too. However on the positive side The buffet breakfast and the staff are really nice and welcoming. The service is spot on . Management are helpful too . It's the housekeepers and house keeping and maintenance of the hotel that definitely needs paying attention too. My booking was named under my brother's name Yakoob and the room we were in floor 12

All are good. Except one thing is harmful. I was staying in this hotel junior suite room 811 , stay date 28th July 2023. As per picture, you guys can see there is a steel peice has been fixed on the pillar behind the bed. My son was sleeping on bed , during he sleep he turned his hands towards another direction and touched this steel piece, which results cuts on his hands due to this steel decoration peice has sharp edges. You guys can see the blood on the bed of my son. I informed Mr. Khaled the duty manager, they just said one thing. We apologise for this, we will give you discount on your next visit. They don't care about some hurts badly.

Title: Conveniently Located Hotel with Some Areas for Improvement - Frontel Madinah I recently stayed at Frontel Madinah during my visit to the holy city of Madinah, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, being near the iconic Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for attending prayers and exploring the city. However, I must admit that the first impression of the hotel was slightly underwhelming. The elevator was disappointingly slow, leading to some frustrating wait times during peak hours. Additionally, the elevator itself was quite cramped, which could be uncomfortable, especially for guests with mobility concerns. One of the highlights of my stay was the food selection offered during breakfast and lunch. While not exceptional, the choices were satisfactory, and the quality was decent enough to start the day with a good meal. I especially enjoyed the Dacidoff coffee sachet provided in the room, which was a delightful touch. Speaking of the rooms, I found them to be quite pleasant overall. The mattress was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and I was pleased to find two pillows for each occupant, allowing for personalized comfort. The housekeeping staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were kept tidy and well-maintained throughout our stay. Another delightful aspect of Frontel Madinah was its proximity to a Baskin Robbins cafe near the reception area. It was a perfect treat for a quick dessert after a day of exploring the city or attending prayers. Additionally, the hotel's location also allowed easy access to nearby shopping areas, which was a bonus for those who wanted to indulge in some retail therapy. In conclusion, Frontel Madinah is a hotel with both pros and cons. While its location near Masjid Nabawi and friendly housekeeping staff are definite assets, there are areas that need improvement, such as the slow and cramped elevator. Despite some shortcomings, I would consider staying here again in the future, given its convenience and the overall satisfactory experience during my visit.

Let me share my expereience at M2 Restaurant. Please evaluate your service to your guests. I and many friends from Indonesia experience bad behaviour from your resturant staff. While I am eating, your staf suddenly come to my table and pick up my plate without permission. My plate is still full of food that I just take from oven. Please teach your staff attitude to bevahe indonesia guests.
