The hotel smells so bad. Rooms aren’t clean Only advantage is that it’s near Haram. Bad experience.

Worst Worst Worst hotel ever i seen, full of Coackroach and Bed Bugs, unhygienic place with bad service, bedsheet are untidy, toilet flush is broken, washbasin water coming out from down, just Big waist of money Looks like you live in Cheap Hotel. Is this the Service you are giving to Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims, shame on you Hotel management's...... Allah will take Hisaab from you. In shaa Allah.

Worst ever hotel. From the service , room and receptionist. First day, we only get 1 towel for 4 people and 2nd day we ask again the receiptionist, he so rude said no towel and not even to entertain us. Then we keep push them, finally they give us the towel. Room not clean, got cockroach , carpet dirty, room small for 4. Conclusion hotel is worst!!!

Firstly, to talk with them it’s difficult, they don’t speak english or arabic. There is just one card by room so you can wait 10 minutes to ask for open your door, about the room : you can sleep on the ground it’s same, the pillow is uncomfortable, we ask for towels then it comes after 2 hours. The window doensn’t close, all the night you hear the street, by the way they don’t clean it the windows The room is very small. You place your luggage then it’s difficult to walk in the room, no wifi… 215 rials for 2 nights
