Its 1 min walk from haram, rooms are small but OK buffet is not good v v less choices,we booked sahur Nd literally only 3 to 4dishes,staff is nice there is a supermarket just below to the hotel and everything is available overall not a bad choice specially if consider the location with young kids, I will prefer to stay here again just they need to increase the buffet items

Rooms were small but it was okay as I just had to spend night to sleep. But the great part is that it's close to Masjid Nabwi. You can easily reach there by walking for 5-10 mins. Grocery stores are below and around the hotel.

I did not stay in the hotel, but I had a very positive experience with it. I booked a partially-refundable room, but I got sick before going. So, I requested them to cancel and give me a full refund, which they kindly accepted. This positive experience makes this hotel my first consideration the next time I want to visit Madinah. Thank you.

The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to the masjid. Literally 100 - 200 meters to the gate. Otherwise, this hotel is not good at all. The rooms are dirty and old. The beds only had one sheet on them, no cushioning at all. The bathroom is small and smells like cigarette smoke all the time

I didn’t like the quality of the food. It seems they have shortage in staff. The images show that the appetisers were presented well but the main food are done in a hurry or carelessly. For instance, the French toast were prepared in a large tray instead of frying one by one. The varieties were not much but the quality was the problem. Regarding the room, I think, they are expecting to be demolished soon for the new extension, so they don’t want to spend any money. We had a mop in the toilet because there was leaking. Instead of fixing it, they put a mop there. The room was small, but we didn’t mind it, as we spent most of the time outside.
