Overall I would rate this hotel quite poorly. Good: -Only 15 minute walk to masjid nabawi -service can at times be decent but be warned there's no room service for food Bad: -room decor is dated and walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from above and next door! -bathroom is very old, shower cubicle is one of the smallest I've had in my life, toilet seat is a cheapo plastic one and was broken

Restaurants is good. the manager Mahmoud its a great person he knows how to take care of customers. I would rate him 5 star. Room is a bit tiny. Room service is upon request. Front desk are helpful. Location is a bit far from haram but walkable.

I stayed 4 days in this hotel we have a great experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very respectful. For the breakfast it was very good and testy plus brother Mahmoud the manager he was doing a great job. I recommend the people to visit. Thanks you so nurse for your hospitality.

It's a newer hotel not too far from the Prophet's Mosque. (about 10 mins). Customer service is good but please make sure you have all your reservation documents available when you check-in in any hotels in Saudi Arabia. I was provided an excellent service when I requested urgent laundry service. The gentleman went out of the way to get my laundry done in an hour. There are some other hotels right next to it with similar names. Restaurants and gift shops are also minutes away. I shall definitely stay here again.

The hygiene of this hotel was not really great, one tissue roll is given between 4 people. Housekeeping is not done during your stay, the walls are very thin you can literally hear everything if people are staying in the next room. There's lots of banging and loud noises. The beds are hard as rock and the least comfortable.
