The rooms are not well maintained. The kitchen was really dirty, the main bedroom didn’t have any shower amenities and had to wait an hour to get shampoo. The second bathroom flooded when I tried to take a shower. The breakfast is included but the service was poor, rude staff and dirty plated and cutlery were given. For the price, this is not worth it.

The staff was very welcoming and supportive. Shuttle bus services were mostly on time. They operated between the hotel and the intersection of Gate No. 6 and No. 7 of the Grand Mosque. The room was neat and clean. The toilet was immaculate as well. Lots of towels and toiletries. Well stocked! Airport transfers would have been a plus point. Other than that, an excellent stay!
