Rawdat Al Aqiq Hotel

I found this hotel to be very convenient. Just steps to Masjid Nabawi. The staff Hosam and Manager Abdur Rahman are very friendly and the hospitality staff too. They attended to call quickly. The food was very nice and fresh.My stay from Jan 26-30, 2024 was amazing and very memorable. I can't understand why guest are complaining too much. The purpose is not to stay full time at hotel for entertainment. We spent most of our time at Masjid Nabawi. We only rested at hotel for few hours each night. What matters is you have a place to sleep and it was very quiet and morning breakfast was amazing. The rates were also reasonable. I would return to this hotel again for convenience and great service for what you pay. Regards Shameem Mohammed

Rooms are not nice Air conditioning is not working. I asked them to fix it several times, but it has still not fixed. We got half board, but there was no buffet food for our family. Now the hotel is arranging separate dinner for us which is not buffet. Matresses and pillows are terrible. Overall, I'm not happy at all.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Checked into this hotel as all other hotels were fully booked, it is a dirty little hotel couldn’t wait to get out of there. Water leaks from the shower and into the bedroom wetting the whole bedroom floor, told the receptionist many times they said they will come and dry it but all they did was put some towels down they later said they will give us another room but obviously they did not do that either! There are so many flies and bugs, you just don’t feel clean. They also first said we have free breakfast for everyday we stay but when we went for breakfast the next day they said it was just for 1 day! The breakfast is horrible as well. The electricity goes off randomly, the AC comes on automatically when we wanted the heater on but the heater wasn’t working! The guy said ‘it’s haram view’ not much of a view. Not forgetting we got bitten by bugs in the rooms!! I would strongly recommend people to stay well away from this hotel it is absolutely DISGUSTING!! They need to fix up!! Waste of time and money!! 😡 Wish I could give it minus stars. 🤮

Hotel located next to Haram Square. From the hotel go straight to gate 318. Very convenient. The structure of the room is sharing many beds possible for cheaper prices. Ours have 4 beds. Barely have space for our belongings. It was alright because we only stayed for sleeping. There is no towel but can be requested. Tea and toiletries were given once. The wifi is slow and unstable. The dining room is crowded. The Indonesian menu was acceptable but tasteless on the first two days. Overall, nothing special for this hotel.

Rooms are very tight ! Water pressure very low , shower water not even hot enough! No door for shower! No service of you don’t call! Will try not to use for next time as it’s expensive for nothing apart from location :(
