I was with my family for Hajj from 8 till 11 July. We stayed here. Very nice place, very near to Masjid e Nabwi. Building and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Staff was very well-mannered and helpful. I must say the buffet breakfast and dinner was outclass. Better then any Five-star hotel in Pakistan. Highly recommended.

The food which was being served in breakfast and dinner buffet was average. We stayed there for nine days but they were constantly repeating the dishes without much variation which was quite bizarre. The food lacks its authenticity and taste of the food is average too. They really need to pay attention to it otherwise it’s location and service is great. Secondly, the condition and quantity of the hotel’s elevators needs an attention too.

Special thanks and appreciation goes to Basim, who has helped us all the way from the check-in through the checkout with satisfactory and customer-oriented service. And not to forget, he did it all with smiles and pure intention. Keep up the good work! We really enjoyed our stay there, the only bad thing is that we stayed for one night and couldn’t enjoy the hotel and it’s services longer. Hoping to visit again sometime soon…

Good service especially by M. Faisal, staff is great. Great hospitality and service shown by the staff at the restaurant. Most of them were very helpful and ready to carter your need. Great service shown the staff Hussam shaban at dinner buffet. Great selection of food both at breakfast and dinner, it was tasty as well as fresh. Had a nice stay at this hotel. although There were few problems with the room but the attitude from staff made up for it.

Hospitality 10/10 Hotel Staff 10/10 Room 10/10 Really enjoyed my stay here and would like to thank every single staff member for their support and hospitality. Room was spacious, tidy and very clean. Breakfast was amazing with wide selection of fresh food options. Hotel location is perfect, very close to the grand mosque and the area has a lot of shops for everything you need with cheap prices.
