The best one, no complaints at all. Myself and family enjoyed the stay. Receptionist Mr. Abdul Aziz was awesome. Got early check in. Room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was good one. 2 minutes walk from Haram gate.

Excellent location. Walkable distance to masjid. Nearby many shops. Rooms were very neat and clean. Room size was Small and bathroom is old fashioned. Vintage Hairdryer is not on working condition in our room. Breakfast buffet was wide optioned healthy and excellent.

I'm not sure who is wrong, my travel agent or this hotel. This hotel really force us to check out at 4 pm when we should stay one more night. But, my travel agent said, this hotel did not inform them at all (or at least confirm) about the duration of our stay due to unexpected load (too much people who book the room after us.) other bad experience is the food. Once, The fried chicken is very very salty. And for the room, we don't get tooth brush and toothpaste. After we ask to receptionist, they promise to bring it to our room. But he never showed up We already put the "please make up room" at the front of our door, but there isn't any single change after we go back from Uhud hill. The only good thing from this hotel is the strategic location.

I recently stayed at the Emaar Royal Hotel Medina and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The breakfast food was cold and unappetizing, the selection was limited and uninspired. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. The dining area was dirty and uncomfortable. The eggs were undercooked. The wifi connection was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to complete any important work or stay connected with friends and family. The signal was weak and did not reach certain areas of the hotel. The login process was difficult and required multiple attempts. And the technical support was unhelpful and non-existent. This greatly impacted my stay and hindered my ability to complete important tasks. The customer service was lacking, with staff being unhelpful and unprofessional. On my second night, I had to call the front desk multiple times to request to change my room because the trash outside the room and was met with attitude and dismissive behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management should improve the cleaning and maintenance, and train their staff to provide better customer service.

This hotel doesn’t deserve a single star. Very old furniture and beds squeaking every time someone moves. Bad smell in the bathroom and room wasn’t clean when we got there. Rather than changing the room the kept us 1 hour waiting. The only good thing is the location to Haram but better avoid it as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Don’t be tempted by the pictures and the price. Not worth it at all.
