1. To start with it was implied while booking that there is a free parking but SAR 150 being charged when went there 2. Check-in process was good @ 7:30PM. however when i reached the room, door lock card was not working. Although room was good. When complained they kept on changing the cards but nothing was working. 3. After 4.5 hours midnight 12:30 they offered me replacement room which was very very dirty. on complaint they offered me other 4 rooms but all were not matching to the one i booked. all are dirty. 4. Finally i have to adjust to a room even though it was not good. Because me and my family with 2 kids were exhausted. 5. Because of this experience, we could not have enough sleep and proper rest. I never had such bad experience in any previous 5 * hotels

Great hotel, I stayed here 13 nights with excellent service all the way from reception, to the bell boys, to house keeping. Mohram Ali and Ahmed did a great job servicing my room each day. The room service was also great, I ended up eating most of my meals in the room.

Close to the prophets’ mosque. The staff are friendly and cooperative especially the dinning staff. The generosity in the lobby is appreciated. Below are my observations, The parking lot cost is high compare to the nearby competitors. Most of the elevators are not working properly and efficiently. This cause delay for the customers. It seems need fixing and programming. Suggest to have rewards for regular customers. The floors all the way needs cleaning all the times. Needs to provide enough items in the bath room.

Nothing spectacular. The elevators are the WORST!!! It’s such a bad issue that even if everything is perfect, the slowest/out of service elevators will ruin your stay here. We stayed in the junior suite. Nice and just like the pictures. But being on the 5th floor and the elevators barely working, we had to take the stairs everyday…

Amazing room at amazing prices compared to other 5 stars around. Loved the location, wifi, room size, room quality. Everything just too good. Only have two points to mention other than all the amazing stuff: - The room temperature remains cold no matter how much you increase the temperature! Idk why! Even did 33 degrees and the room temperature remained at 19 degrees. Even called an engineer and he said this is how it works ? - Secondly, I think its low on staff because if you ask for something from them it takes hours to reach you. Cause they said they deliver it floor by floor and room by room. So for example, I asked for a blanket, at 10 pm. It came to me around 1-2 am. Hope this helps
