I had an exceptional experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, the rooms were luxurious and spotlessly clean.the front desk young female staff were very attentive and helpful.
Very conveniently located by the Harm.
the other thing if you looking for different food the new world food courts are the other side across the street
Strongly recommend and if you are coming with family you will love it , Men’s and Women’s gates are very close to each others.

The service provided by Mr Hossam and Mr M Saifuddin was exceptional. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made sure our drinks were always filled and our food was delivered promptly. Overall, they enhanced our dining experience and we would definitely recommend this restaurant to others. Keep up the great work!

Brilliant location, a stone throw away from The Mosque. Rooms deco getting bit old but very clean. Room iron sparked a fire flame and burnt my daughter's hand. The hotel didn't have anything in the first aid kit. The management did try to compensate to the best of their ability.

Location is very good. Elevator space is limited but manageable. I stayed during low occupancy period so it wasn't an issue. They maintain cleanliness and ambience quite well. Rooms were very well maintained with modern plus arabesque appearance. We were given complimentary drinks on arrival (maybe because I am Accor member). The biggest "drawback" was that the operator would not pick up consistently on time and they were not able to understand our needs. We needed shower gel to be replaced in the shower and the clothes line to be fixed: they weren't able to understand that and so we lived with those issues for the duration of our stay. Also, the thermostat does not work. So they only have cooling system which blows at the same temperature but different speeds. There is no heating capability and they do not have separate heaters to provide as well.

Otherwise would've given 5. Staff and Service was overall amazing and deserved more than 5 stars
All things should be functioning.. the phones were non functional in some rooms. No way to communicate with staff other than going all the way down to reception.
INTERNET was a big problems.only some rooms were getting decent signals NS some getting no signal at all.
