The staff were really great and friendly. Location of the hotel is just few blocks from the the Haram, which was really convenient. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The bathroom was outdated and not everything were functioning well. Overall I'm very happy with our stay at this hotel.

It was a good hotel almost 5 to 6 minutes walk from gate 16 of masjid e nabwi. Staff is good rooms are neat and clean. They do room service timely. There are many gift shops and a super market nearby. Worth the price. Spacious room with all the facilities iron, safe, hair dryer, electric kettle tea bags instant coffee tea maker and water. Hot water available all the time.

Despite all the efforts from the staff (reception, customer service, cleaners etc...) the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The bathroom definitely need refurbishment and the breakfast needs improvement as the quality of the food offered is average. On the other hand, the location is good and the staff is kind and professional. The customer service team contacted us several times to check if we needed anything. Good option for family with kids but don't have high expectations regarding this hotel.

As overall experience, you guys have a good facilities, good hospitality, and good service. Number of lift is also good, so we don't need to worry about waiting so long. Few things that maybe you can improve, you can add toothpaste & toothbrush at the toiletries, and one time, the schedule of dinner is kinda late.

It is a great option for Medinah accommodation near Prophet's Mosque, 5 min walking sharp. My visit was in December 2023. Location: Great location surrounded with all services. Room: My room was on the last floor 14, king’s room. It is a real 5 star furniture and decoration. Big room with extra space. Couches and table. Comfort matress and pillows. Different Lightening options. Great noise cancellation, not sure if it is a room facility or the visitors were quiet:). Bathroom: 5 star setup. Hotel telephone: Fast pick up, great staff, so friendly and supportive. Comment: The air condition in the room entrance had a disturbing noise. The receptionist was being informed to fix it.
