Elaf Al Taqwa Hotel

Absolutely a hotel worthy of a review. The rooms are very clean, and are always redone when leaving the room. However, there is a street outside and you can hear the cars honking and driving so it is difficult to sleep. The breakfast and dinner had a great variety of food everyday, with spectacular service from everyone especially Chef Zanati, bringing out a dish they didn’t have on the buffet, and making an extra plate for when I requested. Outstanding hotel and I hope it stay like this for next year when my family and I come inshallah.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Elaf Ataqwa Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's proximity to the Haram, just a 2-minute walk away, made our pilgrimage incredibly convenient. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always eager to assist us with anything we needed. Moreover, the service staff were nothing short of fantastic. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. As for the accommodations, our room (1004) on the top floor was a sanctuary of comfort and luxury. It was immaculately clean, pleasantly decorated, and surprisingly spacious. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view from our room and the abundance of lobby areas where we could relax and enjoy the scenery. With every corner offering a stunning vista, we felt truly immersed in the beauty of the surroundings. Overall, I would rate our experience at Elaf Ataqwa Hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. From the impeccable service to the delightful accommodations, there is not a single thing I could fault. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in the area.

Firstly, the security was expecting our arrival and our parking was reserved. The security was really prompt and exceeded our expectation from the first impression and the check in experience was amazing. Masha Allah Samaher was very helpful, kind and prompt with the check in. Also we were escorted to our room and was later asked whether the room was clean as we expected. And the breakfast had a lot of varieties and the staff were very polite and service was anticipatory. Overall the staff, food, rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. We will definitely visit again.

Really an excellent hotel. Bathroom had a bit of watermarks but the amazing hospitality and comfort outweighed this for me. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, I could not find a flaw. Breakfast was unmatched. The variety, quality and taste of the food was spectacular. Really good hotel.
