Horrible service and staff, very old rooms, WIFI did not work, asked them over and over and they kept saying 1 hour it will be fixed, 15 days has passed. Staff did not clean our room even after we told them multiple times, we stayed here for 15 days and it was horrible, if I could have changed my hotel I would have, highly suggest you people to do so aswell.

Hotel is currently under renovation. 1. Full of extreme bad paint smell. 2. AC is making lot of noise like a motor. 3. Reception staff is always inside their room never available at the counter. 4. Three small lifts take 30-40mins waiting time 5. Bed sheets are old and looks dirty 6. All furniture is very old 7. Mattresses and pillows are very hard, poor quality Only reason to stay - close to Haram If possible, must be avoided and paid little extra for a better hotel.

Most probably worst hotel in this location. Receptionists don’t know english at all. Air conditioner doesn’t work well. Old equipments. Staffs are uncivilised. Does not know any manners.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, SAVE YOURSELVES. My family, 9 of us were stationed by our umrah agent, from 1st till 6th March 2023 here. This is simply one of the worst hotel i have stayed in, and i have traveled to 33 countries. These happen to us, by GOD: 1) one of the night, at 10 PM when my parents aged around 76 years old were sleeping, they were awakened by the hotel staff asking us to move to another room. Reason given, our room was causing a leaking to the AN EMPTY ROOM below us, and it's causing them loss of money. This should have been planned better. I had to put up a fight refusing this idiotic behavior by this chubby, short Saudi national. 2) the same chubby, short & rude Saudi national refused to help us after our checked in, when we're running out of tissue paper, as he said that his duty hour is done. But no one there at the counter but him. How insensible. 3) Almost every nights, after 10 PM we could hardly sleep as they forced their maintenance guys to fix their hotel, no notice issued, not even a courtesy call. And this happens almost every night! They should have closed the hotel. 4) Foods provided were very bad with very limited options. Tasteless, very dirty dining tables & floors. 5) often we have to take stairs to our 7th floor, as very limited lifts available. Very hard for elderlies. If we have to wait for lifts, it will be very long wait. 6) toilet is always dirty & smelly due to smell from the systems & adjacent rooms. 7) room service is poor & most of the time, we have to keep reminding them to show up. The chubby, short & rude Saudi national in this hotel should be fired from hotel industry, anywhere in the world. May Allah saves the hujjaj from this kind of hotel & people. A disgace to Saudi, a disgace to Madinah, a disgrace to the Muslim world!
