I stayed for five nights in hotel with my wife and three kids, all i got say it was a brilliant location near Haram and hotel itself 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort and breakfast. Beds were comfy and clean. Will stay again.

Nice hotel with clean, spacious rooms. We had a quadruple room and it was more than sufficient. Had four separate lockers and kids loved having their own lockers :) Ladies at the reception were absolutely fantastic and so hospitable! There are food and other shops nearby. Lifts are fast and you don’t have to wait for long for them. Never had breakfast so can’t comment on it. Bathrooms need upgrading though. Especially the shower area was not nice and bathtub was quite old. Overall, good value for money

It was my first stay at this hotel. We reached very late at night from the airport and found it easy to check in. The staff helped us with the luggage and delivered it in our room. Service was very quick. Family suite that I booked was very spacious. Location is very convenient for haram, food and shopping.

I've had the best service I could ask for at Saja, staff were extremely polite and helpful and were quick to respond to any demands. Decent clean rooms and showers. Good access to the mosque, especially ladies entrance, yet in a quiet corner. I'd hope to be able to stay here again in my future visits ان شاء الله

We loved this hotel as it was very close to the Haram. The room were cleaned and tided. Staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Some areas like bathroom needs updating and bath towels can be full sized but that does not take away from the great service you get. We will definitely stay here again.
