Very poor room service. During my first 4 days only one room service is done. Complementary water bottle, tea bag served 2 times in total. We noticed them several times but no action done. In addition, there is no weighting machine in the hotel. I asked them to arrange one so that I can check the weight of my luggage before checking out to avoid overweight. They denied!!

Room No : 0848 // 26 May Customer service by reception team is worst. Guy name is Obdullah, he must learn how to speak to guest. Other things are okay.. not worth for money paid. If looking for good service, this will not be an good option ??

Room that I got was a 4 bed large one as I requested a particular room no. Service is okay, they cleaned our room after 1 day after checking in. Soap/Shampoo were given which was of good quality. Lobby is also good. Location is perfect! At counter there rate are very high! 1500 SAR for Triple with Breakfast and I paid around 440 SAR without Breakfast through an agent. So anyone booking through counter will feel disappointed. Overall good hotel, but depending on price. According to what I paid, the hotel is good. (Videos of room is the room I got whereas pictures are of other room which I visited.)

Very bad experience, don't recommend this hotel, especially if travelling with family, unfortunately we had to due to last minute travel changes and location. Arrived and reservation for two rooms not available, when finally resolved facilities in their suites none existent and the hotel doesn't have claiming that its against policy. Calls for services don't get responded to and no manager to support and resolve issues, room hygene and cleanliness not existent. We got locked in and housekeeping came and said its maintenance who said its saftey who said its maintenance. Didn't get resolved till 1am.

The receptionist is an egoistic lady who have no manners to talk to customers who have paid more than 1000 SAR a night. Worst hotel with the worst services Please dont waste your precious money in this disgusting place. The room was filled with bed bugs Camode was leaking Sink was leaking Bathing area was also leaking Bad odour in the toilet
