Rooms were good decent space for triple room. Location is perfect in the sense where the masjid is located. The concierge people where amazing however, not the same experience with receptionist. Service was good in the sense water, towels provided on time and room was cleaned when requested. Breakfast was not good at all very bad variety, food was cold all 7 days. The best part was the mango juice and Madeira cake.

I stayed there for 2 x nights. Excellent location very close Haram. I stayed on floor 1. Room service was awesome specially two persons Nishu and Muhammad Ameer Farooq, excellent human beings and provided us good services. I would love stay again. I request the hotel management to acknowledge the efforts of Nishu and Ameer Farooq for providing you such selfless efforts and being of bring good name to your hotel. Regards

Good Hotel with spacious rooms. Even though it is right opposite Masjid e Nabwi. It takes atleast 15 minutes to reach the areas of prayer. You see one needs to cross the gumbaz where the imam reads prayers as it is mandatory we all read prayers behind the imam. You need to leave atleast 40 mins before prayers if you want to read namaz within the masjid.The room service was good and prompt. Unfortunately for the last 3 days of our stay our room cards kept getting deactivated so we had to often visit the reception to get it fixed.

Very nice hotel, close to the Prophet's Mosque. Only 300 meters to the Mosque. Very comfortable. Breakfast with many menu and good service from the hotel service, especially the employees named Shah Alam and Juyel. Insya-allah, if I come again I will stay at this hotel. I will never forget the Messenger of Allah and the Prophet's Mosque who are always in my heart.

Went after hajj. Service directly proportional to the tips given. Too costly compared as only a 3 star hotel. We stayed 8 nights and each room (twin bed) costed us 3000 Saudi Rials per night. ??. But, I guess all nearby hotels charges are similar.
