Rua Al Hijrah Hotel

We stayed at Rua Al Hijrah for 5 nights, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very close to one of the door of Masjid Al Nabawi's mosque,but away from the main road which makes it a perfect, peaceful location . Our room was comfortable, well equipped and super clean. Staff are polite and always available to help. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a large variety of dishes offered.Staff at breakfast room are attentive and amicable to guests. We would surely come back to this hotel in the future inshaAllah. The hotel was amazing. Food buffet for breakfast was well organized and the staff were extremely helpful when needed. Particularly staff named Babu and Salludin who always made sure that my room was serviced at the right time. The location is right in front on the masjid as well, so that was really convenient as well.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The staff are helpful and very attentive. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is continental. The only frustrating part was trying to set the temperature of the AC in the room... the thermostat would switch off and on. Other than that, the bathroom was spacious and the electronic operated shower was amazing! Perhaps my utmost favourite.

I usually refrain to give bad ratings but first of all this is a 3 star hotel and not 4 star. However, after my experience they should be 1 star. We had 2 rooms booked. The rooms were dirty. The carpet is filthy. The beds are old and springy. They don't answer calls. I had to look for room service menu and after being asked to call 4 different numbers I had to go down and get it myself. I requested towels for room and they delivered only 2. This is the day I had arrived. We were 4 family members in the room. I called the next day the guy answered and said OK and hung up before I could finish what I was saying. And they finally delivered the towels the night before we were leaving. I was there to do my prayers and I just couldn't be bothered running after them. The next thing was food. It was absolutely TERRIBLE. I have no objection if you keep 2 dishes as a buffet but atleast make it edible. The food has been horrendous in the hotel. We had to do take out throughout. The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is in front of Masjid e Nabwi but then there are other hotels too. I will go back for umrah but I will never stay here in this hotel. Nor I would recommend anyone else too.

We stayed in room 929. The room was pretty good and comfortable. Staff was really friendly, especially the lady at reception - Hidayah - who was very sweet and assisted us with any queries we had. We are also grearful that they let us stay 2 hours above our check out time as we were waiting for our car. The best thing about this hotel is that it's at 5mins walk from Masjid.e.Nabvi. What I didn't like was the service - why were the rooms not cleaned on a daily basis? we stayed there for 2 nights and not once was our room cleaned. We needed a disposable cup, and our request was never fulfilled.
