A wonderful hotel but as far as housekeeping is concerned i dont understand why they do not change the sheets and towels daily while the rent is on daily bases. I requested and because i was in room he asked twice if i want to change the bed sheets. When i checked the bathroom they did not change the towels. I dont think the owner who invested lot of money can afford bad reputation because we all read reviews before booking. Is it management that do not train the team ? Or just employees neglegance? By this petty savings they gonna lose the business. Again Hotel is great breakfast was great location building all is good they need to pay attention on housekeeping.

We stayed in the hotel from 16 Nov 2023- 18 Nov 2023. The location of the hotel is excellent, nearest to Roza-e-rasool (SWW) and Riaz-ul-Jannah entry point. The only flaw with respect to location is a bit distance from the ladies' gate. The rooms are bit small as compared to other hotels, the bath place has no glass due to which the water spreads all over the bathroom. No one came to service our room on first day. However, the second day upon request room was cleared, and linen was changed. The floor boy Mr. Yaseen cleaned the room. He and his team was very courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was good,

Very good housekeeping staff. Reception staff friendly my room and all of the hotel is very clean (712) would recommend.sheikh Fayezulla and sharif very helpful and friendly

We were here for 5 days and our stay at the hotel has been amazing. My wife and myself can’t fault the service. The two bell boys Sharif and Sagor both are just two amazing guys if we needed anything they were prompt to help they are credit to the hotel and the service provided was excellent. The hotel is right opposite to the prophets mosque just 2 mins walk. We are already planning to come again early next year with our kids and be definitely staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel just in front of Haram ElNabaoui We had and excellent service from the personal specialy from Ibrahim Khalil, he took care of us with class I recommend M. Majed too at the reception, he was calling us everyday to check if all is ok
