We were upgraded to a four bedroom luxury room 1310. We were there on the 8 February 2024 and stayed four nights. Biggest memory are the people who work there, all staff, including the waiters, managers, reception very polite and kind. Our room was very big! Loved Medina and loved our hotel!

Very good service, breakfast is excellent. Location from Haram is only 2min way. Raqib is very good and helpful room attendance at this hotel. He is Very quick and friendly. Lift of this hotel is OK. It just u need to touch your room key card to go any floor. You can't go to any other floor using lift other then your own designated floor. Over all Very good service. 👍

Every ting was perfect since check in time until the checkout date. We enjoyed the services, food. Staff responded to our inquiries immediately. I will recommend this hotel to my all relatives. Thanks to the reception staff and Shefaa Alferadi for her care and assistance.

This hotel was very nice. The staff is so welcoming and do a great job at making the guests' stay feel as pleasant as possible. The housekeeping, Abdul Tanvir and Jewel in particular, are always ready to give the guest whatever it is that they need and do it quickly. Would recommend this hotel to others! Only complain is that I wish they had a microwave so we can eat leftovers but other than that, a very placent pleasant stay.

Very Lovely staff specially the receptionists and very good customer service. Keep it up. I definitely coming again. I wish they renew the royal suite, specially the bathrooms and use insect killer as we were unlucky to find two live cockroaches in the couch. The lunch buffet doesn’t deserve the value paid and not to up to a five star hotel standard buffet.
