Lovely location and close to the haram. We stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom suite so it was very large and spacious. However the decor and bathrooms etc are extremely dated and need an upgrade. Service of the staff was wonderful though. Armaan at breakfast was great and so was the reception and cleaning staff. If staying here be sure to ask for a room with windows facing areas of light otherwise the rooms can be quite dark. Overall once we adjusted, we enjoyed our stay. Hotels location and breakfast is also wonderful.

All staff is so nice , perfect services!
They upgrade our room in to Suites room 😭✨
Jashim udon excellent!!! Need Quran in the middle of the night , they provide it 🫶🏻
Breakfast is so good , so many choices and they let us to bring the food to our room !
The room is so comfortable , the bathroom is so clean!
This hotel smells so good ,
Perfect!

Awlad Hussein was a great housekeeper for this facility, he was very diligent with his cleaning and constantly made sure that my family and I were well cared for. He cleaned everything very thoroughly and made sure we felt right at home.

We were upgraded to a four bedroom luxury room 1310. We were there on the 8 February 2024 and stayed four nights. Biggest memory are the people who work there, all staff, including the waiters, managers, reception very polite and kind. Our room was very big! Loved Medina and loved our hotel!

Very good service, breakfast is excellent. Location from Haram is only 2min way.
Raqib is very good and helpful room attendance at this hotel. He is Very quick and friendly.
Lift of this hotel is OK. It just u need to touch your room key card to go any floor. You can't go to any other floor using lift other then your own designated floor.
Over all Very good service. 👍
