I made a reservation with them from America and they messaged me 2 days before my flight “Based on the occurrence of an emergency situation beyond our control, we deeply apologize to you, but the reservation will be canceled and the reservation amount paid by you will be refunded. We hope you will accept our apology and thank you very much for your understanding and trust in us Best Regards.. Reservations Department/ Fatima” There are no other hotels available and I’ll be stranded because the lack of their capability to keep my reservation.

Perfectly located for woman and men entrance to the haram. Service is absolutely exceptional. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Wide variety of meals available.

Always expensive. In washroom water splashes while taking a shower although there's a separation glass door ?. Very close to the ladies entrance for the mosque . Room good. Reception staff very helpful , courteous and polite . A warm welcome with drink/ tea / snacks are appreciated. Housekeeping is very efficient and available.

Room was very small. They fitted 4 beds in a 3 bed room. Very congusted quad room. When we entered the room, the air conditioning started leaking and is urgently fixed by hotel staff. Location is fantastic. Right in front of Ladies gate. Room service was great and guys on 4th floor are very humble and polite. It was a comfortable stay.
