Dallah Taibah Hotel

Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is a walking distance to Nabawi mosque and surrounded by malls I love staying in this hotel but sadly the cleanliness is a bit disappointed. As I noticed there's a mold on the side of the bed. It is not healthy for guests as the room is enclosed with aircon on. I really hope the hotel management can check and change the bedframe fabric for cleanliness purpose and for the good name of the hotel

Avoid this place !! I have had a lot of problem after staying here . Biggest mistake in booking this hotel ! Let’s talk of the apprerance of the hotel. It’s lobby till the rooms are not to 5* hotels standards. The rooms are very tight and bathrooms are mouldy. The lifts take absolutely ages to come and the staff service is poor. I was booked in for 4 days but they decided to enter my room on the third day to empty it out with my belongings going into trash even though I was going to check out on the 4th day. After speaking to the manger she said it’s a mistake and can give another room. When questioned on my belongings she replied I can’t do anything but to say sorry . They are absolutely disgusting on why they decided I will leave on the third day and why room service entered my room without my permission or request and why they decided to throw out my belongings. I checked out of this hotel after this as I was disappointed with the service and booked myself a real 5* hotel (anwar al Madinah) and was given a brilliant service there. Please beware of shoddy hotels like this .

I stayed here for 3 nights and i liked staying here. location wise very close to Rawza, my mom and wife join the salah within 1 min walk to the dedicated section for the female prayer room (gate 25). Herfy is just outside the hotel. There are other food and shops nearby to this hotel which make the staying here more comfortable. Initially i booked a quadruple room, room seemed big in photo which is not actually. we are 4 adults and one child, found it very difficult to manage the luggages inside, movement inside the room need to be compromised. However, front desk officer Hena helped me a lot and next day we shifted to a juinior suit and thats an amazing room with 5 beds and two bathrooms ( one has shower option only). Room were clean, bed were super comphy, ac worked nicely. standard amenities were there. Just didnt like the hot water supply, not much hot. Breakfast was fabulous.

We booked a 2 bed junior suite but it only came with 1 bathroom. The toilet was situated half way under the sink, so you had to sit on the side to use it and that wasn’t easy as the toilet seat was broken so u kept slipping. Theres not much of a living area just 3 chairs in the hall way. House keeping only change towels, bedding and Hoover, if u want your toilets, sink cleaning or dusting etc u have to be on top of them. Finally we forgot my mothers quad stick in the room, called the hotel several times and kept getting promises someone will call us back after checking with housekeeping but still waiting and no call back. We r in makkah now and she’s finding it very hard to get around. You can buy normal walking sticks here but they don’t suit her. People r coming from medina to makkah every hour, it could have been such an easy task. This is certainly not the service u expect from a 5 star and I won’t be recommending them to anyone or staying here again myself. Had you just returned my mothers quad stick all would have been well. Room 433.

Overall a decent hotel. Rooms are very tiny especially bathrooms. Wifi sucks... I stayed on third floor but wasn't able to get wifi signals. Room service is excellent and a very nice and friendly house keeping staff.
