Liked: Hotel is super clean, Oud and incenses with great smell are everywhere. Rooms are big, you have a praying mat and Mus'haf. You have enough coffee, tea, and sugar. The location is exactly 10 minutes from Masjid. You have many towels, shower, hair shampoo and toothpaste. Disliked: Although location is only 10 minutes from Masjid, the street is boring and no good restaurants out there. Also, Women's gates are far from the street.

The hotel is a little far from the Haram meaning that it takes approx. 15-20 minutes to walk to the Haram. That being said the rooms are large and spacious in comparison to a room that we stayed in Makkah (5* hotel). The breakfast selection is somewhat limited in my opinion so I only dinned there a couple of times. In terms of room service you have to leave your rubbish bin outside your room and ask the cleaners to come and clean the room - otherwise they won't come in. Now all this being said right next door is a laundry should you need to get clothes washed and pressed. They also turn around the clothes in 12 hours or less - I had a nosebleed to had blood on a tshirt and thobe, they managed to get the stains out of both. Next door to that is PESHAWAR RESTRAUNT - now to look at it from outside if you are from the UK you would probably be concerned about food hygiene ratings. But trust me me and my family had meals from there pretty much each day and the food was great. The chapli kebabs are awesome, you get a nan and raita, salad all for 7 sar. In the morning they do aloo (potatoe) paratha - they are amazing. The portions are huge I reckon one curry can feed 2 adults. Further down the road are two mini-supermarkets from where you can get disposable plates and plastic sheeting.

This hotel have good potential but needs improvements in Services, especially Breakfast manager person needs to learn to respect Customers as he serves based upon Ethnicity and people he knows, as few people got fresh juice while in tanks is Powder based Juice like Tang 1. Rooms and Bed are good and comfortable but 5 beds in one room is just one person leg room 2. Not nearest to Haram 3. Nearby stores and good Pharmacy 4. Person managing the Breakfast is the worst i met in the Hotel industry 5. Food is extreme low quality, tin food, bad quality juice and combination of food is most illogical and also placing of stuff like Bread is on one corner and Jam/Butter is on the other 6. No smile for Customers I know all pilgrims are bound to book hotels but these services will think twice to book those again.

Everything in this hotel i give it a zero! First of all they make you wait for a long time and bot only us lots of people were waiting and the same excuse was repeated that there are no empty rooms. Receptionist Rayan didnt have the enough greeting to the guests and didnt know how to welcome. The view is such a mess! Cleaning is 0. They made us wait and its still dirty after people’s use, they don’t change the inner cover only outside. And the cleaners doesnt clean properly and they dont have cleaning products to clean. The cups are not clean, the shampoo and conditioner are so weak and damages the hair, no hot water to bath. The Ac makes a loud noisy voice. No cleaning services next day. The breakfast in not eatable!!!! I give it 0. And chef is rude!!!!! Nothing is eatable in the breakfast! And there are 2 hotels having breakfast in the same ground! A MESS!!! I wanted to refund my money but my booking wasn’t refundable! A very very very big mistake and miserable experience!!!! The locker doesnt close?!!!!!!!!!! The room door wasnt closing???????!!!! And it lags alot it needs pressure for you to push and open the door!!! I spend my 2 nights outside the hotel because you feel that you are in a den!!!!!!0 in everything!!!! And they take 200 sar incharge you break anything!!!???

This is the best hotel near Masjid e Nabawi in reasonable prices. Breakfast included which was too good and lot of variety there to be choosed. Location is good and parking option is available nearby easily. Reception staff is so cooperative and friendly. I must suggest this property for those who can easily walk for Masjid e Nabawi.
