Great hotel to stay at. The service is very good and they are always there to help with any queries you may have. It's a 10-minute walk to gate 316

Although this hotel is a 10-15 min walk from haram, its service and cleanliness makes up for it. The staff is courteous. The breakfast is good. It is much much better than hotels closer to haram. I did not mind the distance because the cleanliness was up to mark.

They provided us with a room full of stains in the curtain and walls plus other places.Beds were very hard to sleep on and pillow not comfortable, so you wake up the following day with pain in your neck and your body. Asked for different pillows and they refused to change. Very bad experience and the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. The location is good as it is closed to the masjid al nabawi but the price and the quality of the rooms doesn’t match up. Not coming back to this hotel again.

Wow wow wow. Such an amazing place to stay firstly I arrived at an awkward time and was greeted in a warm welcoming manner. The room was a good size and had all the amenities one requires. The distance to the masjid is a 15 min flat walk straight to gate 316. You have local shops and restaurants on the same parade which is conveniently located. The breakfast is of great verity and fresh. The warm feeling whenever you come back from the mosque makes you feel like you have arrived home. Thank you for making my trip amazing

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The Hotel is about a 15 minute walk to masjid nabwi. The walk is flat, easy and literally in a straight line once you come out of the hotel and turn right. The reception area is on the ground floor with plenty of seating for you and the family. Kids can also run around as there’s open space.
