Al Shakreen Golden Tulip

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. From there it’s down hill. From when you first arrive you’re greeted by rude receptionists who don’t acknowledge your presence, we waited over 45 mins to check in. The rooms themself are no bigger than bathrooms and the bathrooms are tiny with a foul odour. The rooms have various stains across all surfaces including the carpet, curtains and bedding. The doors for the room do not open and get stuck meaning you have to go down to the previously mentioned disgusting reception staff who laugh at you and just say ‘inshallah’ when you ask if the issue has been resolved. Lo and behold the issue was not resolved and we asked a staff member in blue uniform to help who went on to scream at my elderly parents and then began spewing garbage in his mother tongue to someone on the phone. The hotel itself is a health hazard but the staff are just the unprofessional and rotten cherry on top. Avoid at all costs.

Rooms are clean but small, bath room also good but small. Quick service,Excellent location for man only close to entrance to Salami & Riadul Jannah. Bit far for Ladies

Old Fashion and Old style. Room and lobby are normal not such a good ambiance. Very close to Masjid e Nabwai Gate # 307. Only Distance wise good. Can be stayed if no other option is available

I will not suggest this hotel to anyone the staff don’t have manners the rooms are little bigger the bathroom and trust me the bathroom is very small. -0 Star hotel the rooms are nasty. Beds sizes are hardly for 3feet persons height l.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is just the opposite of Masjid e Nabwi. I don't prefer breakfast but instead arrange from outside. Rooms are not spacious.
