Nusk Al Madinah

Nusk Al Madinah's prime location near Masjid Nabawi is undoubtedly its biggest draw. However, our stay was overshadowed by disappointments. The food lacked taste and variety, and the room for four was uncomfortably small. I recommend limiting occupancy to three to enhance comfort. Despite courteous staff, these issues need urgent attention for a more satisfying stay.

I booked this hotel for my family and I booked Quad room which inappreciable. We can feel Mattress springs and all Mattresses are sagged to one side, even we can’t sleep properly. The manager of the hotel was rude. He don’t want to listen anything. Reception staff hang the call while if I am complaining about anything. They mentioned this is 4 stars hotel but I can’t give them more than 2 stars. Staff never came to clean the room. I ask the guy for Toilet roll and he said only 1 roll is allowed. I stay for 5 days and Bedding is changed once which I call the guy and request it. No tea cups, No sugar and no tea bags was in the room. Worst experience and I will never booked again. The bad hotel ever.The rooms are not same as the pictures. You ask for double bed room they give small room with 4 single beds and there's no room to move. The staff are very rude. Soon you get there they ignore you they don't welcome you. They make you wait and don't respect the customer. No facilities in the room. The man at the reception is not educated and he doesn't know how to speak to people. He was very rude to my wife .Unfortunately it was a very bad experience . I advise people to think before book it.

Poor room, we are 2 people there are 3 beds in the room. Makes room cramped. Room phone does not work. Have to go up and down to reception to get things resolved. Kettle in the room no cups. Beds are terrible. You can feel the springs of the mattress pushing against you, most uncomfortable. Writing this review while going through this experience. Alghamdullilah, the manager came and attended to us personally. What a surprise, Allah provides in ways you cannot imagine. They moved us to suite that is beyond any expectations. More comfortable, luxurious, bed is excellent room is indescribable. May Allah bless this man. He has made this umrah memorable for the correct reasons.

1st time in Medina for Umrah with family Alhamdulilah, our family had a good experience. Front desk staff member very hospitable and allowed us to check in 6 hours early as we arrived from jeddah Airport. Check out time from the hotel was 12 p.m. But, the front desk staff gave us extra time to finish zuhr prayer, which was around the checkout time. Then we could check out comfortably. We really appreciate everything and thank the staff for there hospitality. Jazak Allah.
