An amazing low cost hotel with excellent facilities, cleanliness and Maintenance. Haram is 4 min walking distance from gate 25 (women's gate). Good points Location Cleanliness Helpful staff Ambience Restaurants nearby Comfortable beds Air conditioning Bad points None

Its lift system is very poor. They need to upgrade it. The lift stops almost at every floor before reaching the requested floor. You also have to wait at the ground floor for hours till your turn during the rush hours.the bathrooms are OK. They aren't upgraded but are clean. The rooms,I admit are luxurious with fridge and TV. The beds are comfy and the lighting is adjustable to your needs.The cleanliness is 3 stars in my opinion. This is me giving reviews during Ramadan(rush hour).

Pictures are not a true reflection of how the hotel looks at the moment. Rooms are outdated and need a refurbishments. Toilet seat is broken with lots of other damage. Anyone booking thinking this is anywhere close to a 3star please look elsewhere. Toilet paper provided after great difficulty. Towels not changed and rooms not cleaned. Beds are way too small and bedding not changed even after requesting.all in all a bad hotel

We stayed here for 6 days and we felt the hotel was fine. They need to ban smoking inside the hotel, many people smoking inside the hotel, lift lobby, restaurant is uncomfortable for other people. Hotel room service is not good, one has to request separately for all the room services like water, change of towels etc Coming to distance from masjid e nabvi to hotel is 500 meters which is manageable and also it is easy to go for a local shopping from the hotel which is very close. Rating 4 stars just because of the distance and accessibility to other places. Needed improvement on cleanliness.

The hotel could do with a refurbishment throughout. Everything is dated and not as it appears in the pictures. Curtains coming off, beds very small, bath chipped, toilet seat hanging on just and the shaving mirror I could not move away from the wall too stiff. The domestic staff were excellent, reception staff looked as though they did not want to be there. They were never rude to me but they treated some people with disdain, it was not nice to see. The very very positive aspect is it's location close to the masjid.
