My time at the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were way dirtier than expected, and the fridge had a not-so-pleasant moldy surprise. Although the lobby smelled heavenly, the rooms were a horror show. Oddly, when we asked about room availability, the receptionist claimed there were none, I was in Bathroom and my wife was sleeping they nook on the door I couldn't answer it they opened the door and walked in and mean time I came out the bathroom I couldn't believe it they can do something like that unbelievable bad experience I will never use them again

Although the lobby smelled heavenly, the rooms were a horror show. Oddly, when we asked about room availability, the receptionist claimed there were none, yet we found openings online. To top it off, room service only became an option on our last day after five nights. I'd personally suggest spending your money elsewhere for a more enjoyable stay.

If there’s any rate less than 1 star, I would definitely go for it! And to anyone who’s checking the reviews to know about this place, please do believe every single negative comment or review mentioned here. My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness was evident in every corner, leaving me questioning the hygiene standards. The biggest disappointment was when I discovered the bed sheets were shockingly dirty, especially in a place that should uphold a certain level of sanctity. What added to the frustration was the apparent dishonesty of the cleaning staff, who seemed to provide false assurances and failed to address the issues at hand, not to mention their non-responsiveness to visitor requests which created an atmosphere of neglect, and the absence of a working phone only exacerbated communication issues. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of transparency and cleanliness in a supposedly accommodating establishment, especially in a place that holds a sense of holiness. The irony reached its peak when, on the last day, the cleaning staff showed up to remind me about check-out. It was a stark contrast to their absence throughout my stay, highlighting their lack of proactive engagement and responsiveness. This inconsistency further underscored the overall frustration and disappointment with the hotel's service. But I’m just wondering if the owners or top managers are aware of what is going on inside?

I booked a room here in December 2023 and it costed me around 250 SAR for one night which is reasonable as compared to other similar hotels in this vicinity. If its your first visit to Madinah, you'll feel that rooms are smaller and service is not very great but thats how it is across the board. All hotels of similar category have smaller rooms and not a great room service so if you can afford, don't go for these and book yourself a 5 star one (Movenpick, Hilton etc). Something specifically about this hotel: room service is not very great, they need to train their staff. Elevators are very annoying and mostly full. In terms of distance, it is not very far away and the a good location to stay if you can walk for 5-7 minutes.

Location is changed, but they did not update it in google maps. It could have make life easier if the hotel management could take care of it.
