Worst hotel experience... Don't go for it .. they don't even provide wifi .. they asked us to vacate the rooms before our stay period.. indiscipline Bengali staff.

Its lift system is very poor. They need to upgrade it. The lift stops almost at every floor before reaching the requested floor. You also have to wait at the ground floor for hours till your turn during the rush hours.the bathrooms are OK. They aren't upgraded but are clean. The rooms,I admit are luxurious with fridge and TV. The beds are comfy and the lighting is adjustable to your needs.The cleanliness is 3 stars in my opinion. This is me giving reviews during Ramadan(rush hour).

Worst hotel experience. We paid and booked our hotel 6 weeks before. When we came in to check in. The receptionist was extremely rude. I had to tell them to read my receipt as they kept asking me about my booking. I'm baffled how illiterate the average Saudi is. We had to wait 2 hours for our room despite being told to check in at 2pm. Do not give these crooks a penny - From the UK.
