Disappointing Experience: A Review of Al Mukhtara Tower Hotel Rating: ⭐ My recent stay at Al Mukhtara Tower Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. Despite its promising facade, the reality was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the lack of functional WiFi was a major inconvenience. Despite several complaints to the receptionist, the issue remained unresolved throughout my four-day stay. It's unacceptable for a modern hotel to advertise WiFi without ensuring it works reliably. The elevator situation was equally frustrating. With three lifts available, it was baffling to encounter frequent malfunctions and broken switches. This not only inconvenienced guests but also posed potential safety hazards. Additionally, the blame-shifting culture among employees was concerning. Instead of taking responsibility for issues, they pointed fingers at their employers, further eroding trust in the hotel's management. Furthermore, the absence of complimentary drinking water was unexpected and unwelcome. Guests shouldn't have to pay for basic amenities like water, especially considering the price of accommodation. Moreover, the location's inconvenience, requiring a 10-minute walk to reach the Masjid Nabawi, added to the overall dissatisfaction with the experience. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Al Mukhtara Tower Hotel to anyone based on my experience. The combination of non-functional amenities, poor maintenance, and lack of hospitality make it an unsuitable choice for accommodation. Management needs to address these issues promptly to improve guest satisfaction.

Rooms are clean and large enough. Hotel is located at 10 minutes of walking distance from Masjid e Nabvi which makes it suitable for pilgrims but elevators service is very poor.

There are several flaws in this cheap hotel. Internet wifi facility is not available in rooms, only available on the ground floor near reception area and mostly unavailable due to numerous users. Only 3 lifts with only 8 passengers capacity due to which has caused severe problems in getting on time for prayers. Restaurant is managed by and for bangalis which i think is included in their package therefore loads of rush during lunch and dinner for atleast 2-3 hours. One has to cross 2 busy roads to get to Masjid so it is not suitable for elderly people. Rooms are ok but you have to request again and again for cleaning.

Worst experience of my life. It’s very dirty and the ACs are very noisy the flush wasn’t working and the lifts were not working properly there were total of 4 lifts and only 2 were working our floor was 4th and the lift won’t even open on the 4th floor the only good thing about this hotel was the location and to be honest It wasn’t the best it would take us 20-23 minutes to get to the mosque I do not recommend this and they didn’t even gave us a prayer mat to pray I would give this hotel a 0 star if there was an option.
