Artal Al-Monawwarah Hotel

Very bad and irresponsible management. There are very rude and rude people here in the administration. No care for cleanliness and very poor service. I stayed with the family for eight days, neither the room nor the floor was cleaned during these eight days. There was so much dirt in the carpet of the room that the whole family was in bad health for as long as they lived. Toilet was leaked and dirty. We emptied the dustbin ourselves and put a bag on it ourselves, for the tissue paper roll and for other needs, after talking many times, only one thing was given by the management. They were tired of talking to the reception to do the cleaning & toilet and other problems, but no action was taken. These people did not even know how to talk. It was a mistake that full payment was made. Otherwise, I would not spend even a single day with my family. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It was by far the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. The room was filthy, the bathroom stank of mould and we had a cockroach infestation. When I tried to speak to the reception about this, he was dismissive but agreed to send a cleaner. The cleaner denied that there were cockroaches in the room and then appeared suprised when I walked him around the room showing him how many I’d found. Please spend your money wisely and consider going elsewhere.

The reception is not efficient(need to improve this part). We get our room at 16:00 while everyone waiting from 13:00.. meals are mostly Indonesian cuisine,unless requested by travel agent.. room is clean, bellman did good job, good part about it, the location is walking distance.

The room was big for 5 person + wheelchair user. ONE defect is the door not auto lock with one key only. The food and caterer quite good.

Rooms are bit small and congested but worth the compromise if you can get a good deal. Location is very close to masjid, specially convenient for ladies as their gate is very near.
