Very good hotel.rooms wide and clean with all facilities big screen.kittel.big bathroom and comfortable beds....room service is very good .open buffet for breakfast is Wonderful with a lot of varieties suitable for all nationalities. (Haram) is walking distance 200m in about 3min. despite full rooms occupied but you feel quite.

Honestly I would recommand you all not to stay on 14th floor especially in Room 1416 and 1417 and around...as there are lots of disturbing noise coming from the roof all Day and Night.its very disturbing to sleep.. Also the Manager have a lack of communication that he says that he knew ONLY ARABIC that is not good for his clients.They take all the time to do changes. its very annoying and discusting.

It's not a 5 star hotel even though they say it. Arab staff are rude, don't understand a word of English. Poor communication and no service. Bathrooms in room smells, have to asked them several time to clean it, they take message but don't send anyone to clean. Breakfast is not great too for the amount they charge, Quality of food and choice is limited. Had issue with Internet as their WiFi don't work in rooms, called them several times about WiFi, toilet cleaning, towels and toilet rolls but nothing happened, very disappointed.
