Beautiful hotel with a number of lifts serving many floors. Big and spacious room. Big lobby area. In fact, even the toilet is big. Clean and beautiful room. Very near Kaabah within walking distance only. Many shops and restaurants in this hotel. It links with few hotels here in Clock Tower.

I was stayed in 2018 for Hajj with my family and friends total 18 person . location is the nearest to the Masjid Al Haram, just a minute walk. The room service, House keeing, Restaurant foods and service are top class. There is also a food Court in the hotel building. Employees of the Hotel are always smily and so helpful; whatever one needs is just a phone call away. I will always remain very GRATEFUL for the warm hospitality offered by this hotel to my family and would highly recommend to all to stay at this hotel and perform Holy HAJJ and UMRAH.

Stay at this Hotel recently with my group from the USA . it’s so near the Haram, rooms and hall ways are extremely cleaned . Food was excellent. Excellent customer service . Very honest staff ( forgot my wallet with my license/ cards and cash in the restaurant ). Nothing went missing. I would highly recommend this hotel. Pleased from the front desk to the really nice gentleman who asked to clean our room daily . Masha Allah . May Allah bless you.

Nice hotel and nearby. Although i find it not too wheel chair friendly as you have to come out from the side and ends at the furthest, compared to other safwa tower hotels. Our wheelchair was also stolen in the hotel and no action is being done. Pretty sad for a prestigious hotel to have cases like this

Overall the hotel was excellent except for the housekeeping. They did not replenish the toiletries and tea/coffee/sugar when they makeup the room as required even though i stayed for 5 nights. They did it only twice.
