Hotel is very near to Masjidil Haram, so convenient. Room, toilet are big and spacious. Buffet spread was delicious and wide variety...love the dessert especially kunafè. Awesome place, MaasyaAllah will definitely come back again. Thank you. ??

bad experience???? I arrived late and my room still not ready I waited for more then two hours!!! The buffet had the wrong person to work there!!! I have a 1 year old baby and every time I want to take some food for the him he said it’s not allowed!!!! My mother an old woman sometimes she can’t finish her plate so she prefers to take it with here to the room but he said that’s not allowed!! Excuse me?? Didn’t I pay for the food? What would happen if I ate in my room?? I didn’t find cooperation every time I file a complaint. The wife it’s the worst thing in the hotel it takes us a long time to contact and its very slow. This mistake it’s not going to happen again because its my first and it’s going to be the last time her. I DON’T RECOMMEND…
