This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. The service was beyond poor. The door lock wasn't functioning. They changed the lock with our request on the last day. But before that, we had to reach 4/5 times a day to ask for help to open the door as it wasn't working at all. Their restaurant is Indonesia and Malaysia based. As a five-star hotel, you should hold an international menu. Rather than they only focused on those two country. If you don't know arabic, you will struggle a little with communicating with the manager or receptionist. The only positive side is the location. Otherwise, it's a waste of money.

After over 20 hours of international travel, my family and I arrived at the hotel, eager for rest. Our experience soured from the start when the receptionist scrutinized our American passports and oddly questioned if we’d like a suite, an offer we accepted. However, the promise of luxury quickly turned into a nightmare. Merely an hour into our sleep after completing our umrah, a bellhop abruptly woke us, demanding we vacate the suite immediately. With little explanation and no regard for our exhaustion, we were forced to gather our belongings and move to another room. The disruption was not only unnecessary but also disrespectful, considering our evident fatigue and need for privacy. The suite, merely boasting an additional toilet and sink, was hardly worth the distress it caused. This experience was a stark disappointment, reflecting poorly on the hotel’s regard for guest comfort and privacy.

It’s definitely a 5 star hotel , but a very rude staff, trying to communicate with them is impossible. Only front desk people communicate with you, but expecting to go to front desk for every small thing is extremely difficult. Food served is completely middle eastern, hardly other options.but very tasty food. The worst part is even if the staff at restaurants or laundry understand English they don’t respond to us or help us in any way! Worst treatment towards guests coming from other country

I don't believe this to be a 5 Star Hotel. Needs updating as it's a little dated. Reception/ Management staff are moody and lack sense of humour. You'll get different treatment if you are from the region. There's no service with a smile here. I don't think they know what that is in this part of the world. The hotel porters, laundry and house keeping staff are all from South Asia, Who do th job well considering they have to put up with the same treatment. We put all that aside as we are guests of 'The Almighty' and our visit is a spiritual one and cleansing ourselves.
