Al Ghufran truly is a 5 star hotel. I stayed here for 7 nights in March with my family and was very happy and impressed. The service of the hotel was excellent. Initially, they gave me the wrong hotel room but when I told them, they corrected the issue and upgraded us to a larger room without hesitation. If you ever need to call the lobby for something you will have it within 5 minutes. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists and managers. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Lots of options and healthy foods. The location is the best part about this hotel as it's a very convenient 5 - 7 minute walk to the Haram. You can also access shopping, groceries and a food court right in the same building. I would 100% book Al Ghufran again for my stay in Makkah.

The hotel location is superb super close to mall and haram* Bed is very luxurious very comfortable and we ordered extra water towels bathrobes all without extra charge The breakfast buffet was very nice also big variety of food options Abdulmajeed the receptionist was amazing employee so friendly and helpful The only thing that I feel could add to thee experience was the interior design of the lobby wasn’t very elegant and they could serve coffee and dates to the guests

Alhamdulillah, did umrah in last October. Stay for 5 days in this hotel. Masyaallah, my room in front of Kaabah. Just a minute from my hotel to Masjidil Al Haram.
