Fantastic hotel/palace I would recommend to anyone, really! Staff is good and customer-oriented. There is nothing they wouldn't be ready to help you do, or obtain. Mr. Ahmed a.k.a *Mr. Nice Smile* 😄 & Mr. Chakiri are just two fantastic human beings. They've made our trip really enjoyable!!

Best stay in Mecca so far, the hotel was lovely and has a welcoming atmosphere all over from the foyer to the rooms and dinning areas. Spa area was friendly and nice too. The hotel was successful in choosing excellent staff , they were efficient , courteous and helpful whether in reception , concierge or the room services and the restaurants where we received an exceptional service, and the food there was very good. My family and I would like to thank each and every member of staff in this hotel, and to management for such exceptional hotel and to thank Mr . Jabber in concierge who was efficient, courteous and extremely helpful.

Excellent Hotel. Great location. Staff exceptionally helpful. So many of them ready to help, forgot their names. Great breakfast and dinner. Enormous choice. Presidential suite was in every way Presidential. 2 big rooms, large sitting area, 2.5 bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Only one problem we had during our stay is that Wi-Fi/internet network only worked in the outside living room and there was no connection in the bedroom. We had a very hard time in with internet connection in our bedroom. Everytime we had to go in living room if we want to use internet.Went to the concierge they were not able to help just asked us to disconnect and connect again which did not help. Other than that everything was wonderful.

I personally loved this hotel and enjoyed my stay here. It was very neat and organized. Their hotel stuff had an amazing service like restocking the toiletries consistently. The buffet had really nice choices as well as freshly made food right in front of you. The location was just wonderful right in front of the Kaaba. The manger Mohammed Atta was very helpful to me and my family and treated us to the utmost respect and service. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and whoever is visiting Makkah.
