This hotel service is good. Clean. The location is proper. Next time when i visit. i select this hotel. The service boy Robiullah & others boys behavior is good . InshaAllah i will come again .

We arrived to Hotel on Thursday 26, around 3, the check in timing is 4. my original booking was for a room with a CITY VIEW. The reception informed us that he will upgrade the room to a suit. We were given a suit in the 1 floor with no widow to the outside world only a window to the enclosed skylight area (no light at all) and also directly overlooking all the hotel AC units (very very noisy) We complained and again we were promised with a better room when we come back. late at night again we were assigned another room in the 10th floor (room 1014) with a window to the same enclosed skylight area. we were exhausted and just wanted to rest and sleep. We complained the next morning (27January), the reception were apologetic and promised to assign a better room with view which they never did. We checked out on Saturday 28January. The Breakfast buffet is wonderful, but it lacked the gluten free food or special food for people with allergy

Stayed there for almost a week. It's very close to Masjidil Haram and the room was very comfortable. We had our 3 daily meals at the restaurant and the spread was amazing. There's the shopping area for souvenirs like clothes for men, women and children, laundry, pharmacy etc etc etc. It felt almost like home. I'm almost certain that this will be the hotel I'd stay in for my return visit(s).
