Le café Al Khozama est un excellent café de l'hôtel Safwah Makkah. Il est très innovant en ce qui concerne son image de marque et son ameublement - votre destination idéale pour un bon café savoureux. Le café offre de superbes vues sur Al Masjid Al Haram. Le café sert des boissons chaudes et froides. Ils ont des lattes, des cappuccinos, du chocolat chaud, des lattes à la pistache et plus encore. The hotel location is superb super close to mall and haram* Bed is very luxurious very comfortable and we ordered extra water towels bathrobes all without extra charge The breakfast buffet was very nice also big variety of food options Abdulmajeed the receptionist was amazing employee so friendly and helpful The only thing that I feel could add to thee experience was the interior design of the lobby wasn’t very elegant and they could serve coffee and dates to the guests

Alhamdulillah, did umrah in last October. Stay for 5 days in this hotel. Masyaallah, my room in front of Kaabah. Just a minute from my hotel to Masjidil Al Haram.

Beautiful hotel with a number of lifts serving many floors. Big and spacious room. Big lobby area. In fact, even the toilet is big. Clean and beautiful room. Very near Kaabah within walking distance only. Many shops and restaurants in this hotel. It links with few hotels here in Clock Tower.

I was stayed in 2018 for Hajj with my family and friends total 18 person . location is the nearest to the Masjid Al Haram, just a minute walk. The room service, House keeing, Restaurant foods and service are top class. There is also a food Court in the hotel building. Employees of the Hotel are always smily and so helpful; whatever one needs is just a phone call away. I will always remain very GRATEFUL for the warm hospitality offered by this hotel to my family and would highly recommend to all to stay at this hotel and perform Holy HAJJ and UMRAH.
