Excellent Service and Hospitality
It was really a pleasure staying at the Oberoi Hotel in Medina for our Haj.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who provided efficient and speedy check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable and it was clean and tidy with a well-stocked minibar and complimentary coffee & tea making facilities, making our stay very relaxing.
The hotel's restaurant offers a variety of high-quality dishes with exceptional service. The quality of the food was outstanding, and our taste buds were tantalized. The restaurant staff were attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that we had an outstanding dining experience.
In addition, the hotel's overall service was top-notch, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the housekeeping staff to the front desk, all staff members were always ready to assist with a warm and friendly approach, providing us with a memorable experience that we will always cherish.
On a final note, we were thoroughly impressed with the hotel's outstanding hospitality. The excellent service, outstanding food quality, and the luxuriously comfortable room all played a role in making our stay at the Oberoi Hotel an unforgettable one.
